17th century Italian fragment with natural ammonites, prehistoric shells, agatized coral, and polished coral branches on a burlap gallery 1-inch canvas.

The 17th century fragment originally came from a church in Tuscany. The Italian ecclesiastical artifact, ammonites, prehistoric shells, and corals are mounted onto the canvas and put together to create a 3D sculptural wall piece. The piece appears to have evolved together over time - Interpreting the past to create historical yet contemporary work entirely original, evolving in its own right
